How to remove your account

Axial is a workspace-based application. To remove your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Employer: As most accounts are managed under an organization, you should first contact your employer or organization administrator to remove your profile from their Axial workspace.
  2. Submit a Support Ticket: You can also submit an account deletion request through the Help Center within the Axial mobile app.
  3. Direct Email: Alternatively, you can email us at contact.axial@northaxis.xyzwith the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Important Warning

Please be aware that while your personal profile will be deactivated, your past work fingerprints and activity logs(such as lead interactions, messages, and task completions) may remain visible to your employer. This data is essential for the organization's business continuity and historical records of company operations.
