• Moderator: Responsible for lead distribution, team guidance, and monitoring progress within assigned scopes.
• Social User: Responsible for individual lead management and interaction tracking.

3. Features and Responsibilities

Lead Assignment

Leads assigned through the system must be handled professionally and in accordance with your organization's internal policies. Axial is not responsible for the nature or outcome of individual lead interactions.

Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they input into the system. Intentional falsification of data may result in account suspension.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Axial for any illegal purposes or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction. Specifically, the scraping of data from Axial or the use of automated agents to interact with the service is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
