CRM and Lead Tracking
We process lead data provided by you or your organization. This includes contact information, interaction history, and status updates. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized members of your organization based on their assigned roles (Admin, Moderator, Social User).
Role-Based Access
Your activity within the app, including lead assignments and status changes, is logged and visible to your organization's administrators and moderators to facilitate team coordination and performance analysis.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure authentication, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
